What you are buying

Storefront Now measures whether your brand appears when people ask AI assistants what to buy, reports what we find, and where you engage us for it, makes the technical changes that help you appear. Work is quoted at a fixed price before anything starts. You approve that price in writing, by email or text, before we begin.

Everything on the pricing section of this site is in US dollars and includes no taxes unless a quote says otherwise.

What we cannot promise

We do not control ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot or any other AI system, and none of them publish how they choose which brands to name. We can fix the technical reasons a system cannot read or list your products. We cannot guarantee that any system will recommend you, or that a score will reach any particular number.

Anyone in this field who guarantees you a ranking or a placement is guessing. What we guarantee is the work described in your quote, done properly, and measured honestly before and after.

AI answers vary between runs. A single check is a snapshot, not a verdict, which is why we repeat every question and report the trend rather than one number.

How payment works

The visibility check is free. No card, no commitment, and we will tell you if we find nothing worth fixing.

A full audit is $650. We scope it on a call first and invoice afterwards, so nothing is charged until you have spoken to us and agreed to go ahead.

A fix package starts at $1,800 and is scoped against the size of your catalog. Half is due to begin, half once the fixes are verified live and you have seen the before-and-after.

Monitoring is $325 per month, billed automatically through Stripe on the same day each month.

Refunds

If we have not started your audit, it is fully refundable. Ask and we send it back, no explanation needed.

Once an audit is delivered it is not refundable, because the work is the report and you have it.

On a fix package, the second payment is never owed until the changes are live and verified, so you are never out of pocket for work you have not seen completed.

If we fail to deliver what a quote describes, you get everything back.

Cancelling monitoring

Cancel any time. Email or text us and we stop billing at the end of the current month. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

When monitoring ends, we stop checking and reporting. Any changes we already made to your site or feeds stay in place and remain yours.

Access and what we change

Some fixes need access to your site, your store platform, or your merchant accounts. We ask for the least access that does the job, we tell you what we intend to change before we change it, and we do not touch anything outside the agreed scope.

You can revoke any access at any time. Tell us and we will confirm what was changed up to that point.

Who owns what

Reports we produce for you are yours to keep and share. The changes we make to your site, your structured data and your feeds are yours and stay in place whether or not you keep working with us.

The checking tools and methods we use to produce those reports remain ours.

We will not name you as a client or publish your results without your written permission.

What we need from you

Work runs to schedule when we can reach you. We need access where a fix requires it, and answers to a handful of questions within about a week of asking. If a project goes quiet for more than 60 days we close it out, and restarting is quoted fresh.

Questions

Anything here that does not sit right, raise it before you pay rather than after. We would rather rewrite a line than argue about one.

Privacy

Short, because we collect very little. No ad pixels, no tracking you around the web, nothing sold to anybody.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form we receive what you typed into it: your name, your email address, your website, and anything you wrote in the message. That is the only personal information this site asks you for.

If you buy monitoring, payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach us or this site — we see only the fact that a payment succeeded, and the billing name and email attached to it.

This site runs no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers and no analytics profiling you across other websites.

What we do with it

We use your details to reply to you, run the check you asked for, and deliver and support work you have paid for. Nothing else.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

If you are a client, we send you the reports and alerts your plan includes. If you are not, we do not add you to a mailing list.

What we check, and how

A visibility check reads publicly available pages on your website — the same pages any visitor or search engine can load — and sends unbranded shopping questions to AI systems through their public APIs. We do not need and do not ask for a login to run it.

Those questions go to the AI providers we test, and are subject to their own handling of API requests. We never send them your personal details, only category questions a shopper might ask.

Results are stored so we can show you a trend over time. Reports about your brand are not published or shared, and we will not name you as a client without your written permission.

Who else touches your data

A small number of services make this work: Stripe for payments, our email provider for correspondence, our hosting provider for this website, and a database provider for storing check results. Each sees only what it needs to do its job.

We do not use your data to train any AI model, and we do not supply it to anyone who does.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we have to keep an invoice record for tax purposes.

If we email you and you would rather we did not, say so — by reply, one word is enough — and we will stop and remove you.

How to reach us about privacy

Email or text with any question about your information, including a request to see or delete it. A person reads it.
